KRIYA Yoga NZ is pleased to invite you to a one day retreat.

Please join us in Satsang with the Kriya NZ family. The day will unfold in the harmonious surrounds of the Blockhouse Bay Boat Club, where we will enjoy two guided meditations, a shared meal and other yogic practices to elevate the spirit.
