Teaching of Techniques and Guided Meditation with Swamiji
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm Saturday (16/10)
9:00 am to 11:00 am Sunday (17/10)
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday (17/10)
What to bring:
- Donation - $100 per person; $150 per family; $75 for students/Pensioners/Unemployed.
- 5 Flowers and 5 Fruits
- Cushions and/or blanket to sit on (optional)
- Pen and paper (optional)
Instructions:
Please arrive promptly at 9: 00 am to register for initiation. Eat lightly before arriving. Be prepared to stay 4 - 5 hours in the morning and to return later in the afternoon to learn the techniques and attend the guided meditation with Swamiji.
The length of the ceremony will depend on the number of people attending. Be prepared to remove contact lenses. Consecrated fruits (prasadam) will be shared after the ceremony.
Note:
All new initiates need to attend the follow-up meditations to fully understand and internalise the Kriya techniques. The hall will be available during the afternoon after the initiation in case you want stay back.
What to wear:
This is a spiritual gathering. Please dress accordingly.
Shorts, blue jeans, sleeveless outfits discouraged.
